To Feel One with Everything,
Learn This Technique:

"We can’t dictate what we may feel and not feel.

We can live a healthy and balanced life,
meditate, do spiritual practice, get lots of Shakti,
turn our attention to peace through a meditation technique.

We can focus on peace like this and experience deep peace and joy.

But still, what will arise, will arise whether we want it to or not.
Things have to play themselves out.

Our responsibility is to be aware in it.

All of these stupid sayings in our culture:
‘you should be happy’ ‘you should be confident’
all of that is ugly talk.

You should be exactly as you are because that is how you are.
Your job is to allow it and let it rest in consciousness.

When you do this, you touch the essence of what is here.
You open yourself up into love, into a profound realization of life itself.
Because the essence of what you are feeling,
no matter what it is that you are feeling, is unconditional peace.

And as long as you refuse to feel what you are feeling,
as long as you try and manipulate your way out of feeling it,
you are resisting the very peace and joy you are seeking in the first place.
You are keeping yourself from feeling one with everything.

There is so much bliss waiting to be freed inside of you.

But it is repressed, held back because people don’t allow themselves
to feel what they are feeling.

And so there are judgments, definitions, justifications
resistance and distractions that keep you from
fully having to feel this moment.

And in this resistance, the heart closes and people are safe again
in their thinking.  Safe in their concepts.

But those concepts separate you from love.
They block you from experiencing both the chaos and unity that is life.

To experience being one with everything, you have to fully allow everything
without trying to change or manipulate any of it.

The concept of who you think you are does fall apart in this allowing,
but it is only a concept.

And once that concept falls apart, you realize you are peace itself.
And in that peace you are one with everything.

You simply fully open yourself up to allowing what is to be
and rest in that is-ness.

To feel one with everything, you first have to learn how to feel what you are feeling instead of trying to change it, fix it or get rid of it. 

It is this very resistance to what you are experiencing that creates separation.
